Examples of bespoke events have included:

A Virtual Wine Tour of the Rugby World Cup – our client wanted to hold a wine tasting and also an event to celebrate the 2007 Rugby World Cup, but couldn’t do both. We had a look at the component parts of each and decided that we could hold a wine tasting based
on the regions in France where the world cup matches were being played.  

Wines from each region were chosen and then matched with canapés based on the cuisine of the countries playing in those regions. The client achieved their aims from both perspectives and all the guests found the food and wine combinations quite an eye-opener.

A Bespoke Food and Wine Dinner that was Totally Unique – our client wanted to hold a food and wine matching dinner to celebrate Christmas with some of their most important customers. The remit was fairly straightforward but restricted by the menus, wine list and ability to bespoke the event imposed by most restaurants.

We therefore sourced a venue that was not only stunning in its ambience and appearance, it was exclusive to them on the evening, the menu was totally decided by the client and we matched 2 distinct wines or spirits to each course to add value and interest. Completely bespoke to their requirements and delivered something different to their customers.
